Organizations sponsor CAM-I programs. By sponsoring a program, the respective organization has joined CAM-I and participates in the program within CAM-I By-laws, policies and voting privileges. Membership in a single program is 25,000 U.S.D. per year. Smaller companies pay half-fee rate and there is a discount structure for multiple program sponsorships.

Participation in Roundtables, Best Practice Studies and Conferences are individually priced, based upon the nature of research plans, content and cost.
