DMESW: Wait Period
Problem Description
Cannot specify a period to wait. This is useful for waiting a specified period of time to allowing the part temperature to settle.

Suggested Resolution
Either create a new major word WAIT (i.e., WAIT/time), or create a new minor word WAIT to be added to the DMESW commands (i.e., DMESW/WAIT,time)

Create new minor word DELAY and add DELAY option to DMESW's var_1.

| DELAY | signifies that the DME is to delay processing data for "n" seconds. |
| n | length of time in seconds (i.e., DMESW/DELAY,600) |
Add DELAY to DMIS 3.0 - TABLE 2.2 DMIS MINOR WORDS table.
