TOL: Tolerance eval. algorithm
Problem Description
A method of changing algorithms for evaluating tolerances is needed. Cannot specify the algorithm to be used for calculation of some tolerance evaluations. This would be particularly useful in calculation of distance between tolerances, radius, and diameter tolerances, etc.

Suggested Resolution
Add a TOLALG major word that would allow for tolerance calculation algorithms to be specified. The format would be similar to GEOALG.
