Resolution:
1) Added note to CLOSE
. "Note: 'Does not exist' on var_1 only applies to non-STOR devices (e.g.,PRINT,TERM,COMM). KEEP and DELETE only apply to STOR devices."
2) Remove "Does not exist" from var_1 of OPEN.
3) Add note to OPEN.
"Note: 'Does not exist' on var_4 only applies to non-STOR devices (e.g.,PRINT,TERM,COMM). APPEND and OVERWR only apply to STOR devices."
