Resolution: Add new paragragh to DMIS 3.0 - Section 7.3 Multiple Carriage
"If PTBUFF is executed in a carriage common section, it establishes the default global setting for all carriages. If it is executed within a carriage specific section, it affects only that carriage and only for the duration of the carriage specific section. The global state is returned to upon exit from the carriage specific section."
