Resolution: Modify the CHR(x) definition in DMIS 3.0 - Section 10.8 Intrinsic Functions:
"CHR(x) signifies a character function that returns a string of length one containing the ASCII character corresponding to the numeric value of x. Supports all ASCII characters 0-255."
