Problem Description
Can "(label)" be a variable of any convertable type for TEXT/QUERY, or is
it only a CHAR? In other words, can it be an INTGR or REAL?

The resolution was to add a note to the end of TEXT on page 344 as follows:
Note: See section 3.14.1 for use of TEXT/QUERY and TEXT/RES.
TEXT/QUERY does not support DMIS delcared variables. Refer to SIR 97-41.
