MACRO: Scoping of label, arguments?
Problem Description
Are MACRO label arguments unique within the entire program (or only within
the MACRO scope)? See ref 2.2.3 "Label names can be issued only once and cannot
be redefined within a particular program." If only within the macro scope,
then do they hide global variables of the same name? See ref 3.1.4 where
M(spechole) arguments are identical in name (but not case) with COMMON X,Y,Z
variables.
