Problem Description
Spelling and typographical errors:
1. Page 2 first line: "scaler" should be "scalar".
2. Page 116 line 13: "(label" should be "(label)".
3. Page 126, paragraph starting with "CYLNDR":
"theusable" should be "the usable".
4. Page 150, line starting with "var_5 can": "dist" should be "dist2".
5. Page 151, next-to-last paragraph: "dist" should be "dist2".
6. Page 336, third line from bottom: "label1" should be "label2".
7. Page 336, third line from bottom: "first" should be "second".
