    The official SIR Reference Log for all submitted SIRs is given below. Not all SIRs have been resolved; however, whatever information is available concerning the status of all SIRs and their final resolutions will be posted at this location.

    To submit an SIR, first fill out the Standard Improvement Request form.

    The text for each SIR may be accessed by selecting its SIR number in the table below. Be sure to take advantage of the extensive search capabilities which can provide you information on other SIRs related to the topic of your concern, to find SIRs that deal with a given topic, or to locate specific SIRs by submitter (contact), company, problem type, etc.
