Registration for Access into Private Forum

Thank you for your interest in CAM-I's Private Forums. These are designated areas where our members can share information and access resources that have been developed through their cooperative efforts.

In order to enter the private forums, your security request must be reviewed and approved by a CAM-I Program Director. Please complete the form below to request a new account. You should receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your application immediately.

The CAM-I staff will review your request within two business days. When you submit your application, you'll receive a copy of it via email. Please check it for any errors, and correct them by coming back here if needed. You will then be notified via e-mail of the status of your account.
